The modular homes I was looking into online had pricetags started at about $60,000… of course, I can’t find that link right off. I’m pretty sure I was looking at 3 bedrooms, two baths, and between 1200-1500 ‘heating living space’. (That’s what I’ve been looking to purchase anyhow.)

We’re looking to get between 3-5 acres of land somewhere south of KC. The best price I found was $40,000, but the new division will not allow modulars. Are ‘DomeHomes’ in that same grouping?

I had found DomeHomes almost immediately after posting about modulars. They seem interesting enough. Definately worth looking into…

Heck, as long as its wheelchair accessible for my boyfriend, and mine to paint whatever abnoxious color I want whenever I want, I’d be happy.
