It's cluttered with all the features and services they offer. A lot of junk and a lot of crap. I do, however, find their search results are sometimes more relevant than Google's results. For obscure topics, Yahoo! seems to have more page hits than Google. And, Yahoo! is still the #1 destination on the internet... If I had to choose between Yahoo! and Google, I'd choose Google without hesitation. Google's products and services are simple, elegant, and they perform their task exceptionally well.
